ChangeScout AOR (AI Opportunity Report) is a B2B service that analyzes a target company's publicly available information with AI and delivers a business opportunity / market-change report by email.
There is no self-registration by end users. Collecting a contact and sending it an email are two separate, structurally enforced stages in our system.
First, our operations team manually collects publicly available business contact email addresses for target companies (e.g., addresses published on official company websites or contact pages) and registers them in our system as unapproved candidates. A candidate is never emailed automatically.
Second, before any candidate can receive an email, an authenticated staff member reviews it in our internal, password-protected admin console and manually confirms that (a) the address is genuinely published on the company's own official website — the category exempted from opt-in requirements under Japan's Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail — and (b) the page carries no "no unsolicited email" notice. Only after this explicit, logged approval does our system generate and send an initial AI Opportunity Report from aor-report@changescout.jp; there is no code path that emails an unapproved candidate.
Recipients who receive an initial report subsequently receive periodic (weekly) updated reports only if they separately opt in to continue; a paid, more detailed weekly report is planned for the future. Every email includes sender identification and instructions to reply directly to request removal from future emails; reply-based opt-out requests are reviewed by our operations team and applied to the recipient's record, and our system's delivery gate independently enforces this exclusion for all future emails. ChangeScout AOR（AI Opportunity Report）は、対象企業の公開情報をAIで分析し、 その企業に関連するビジネス機会・市場変化を「レポート」としてお届けするサービスです。 法改正・業界動向・競合動向など、企業が見落としがちな変化を可視化し、次の一手の 検討材料としてご活用いただくことを目的としています。
送信対象について
本サービスは、一般ユーザーが自由にメール登録できる自己登録型サービスでは ありません。連絡先の「収集」と「実際にメールを送信してよいかの判断」は、 システム上明確に分離された2段階の工程です。
まず、運営チームが対象企業の公式サイトやお問い合わせページなど、公開されている情報源から 業務用の連絡先を収集し、未承認の候補としてシステムへ登録します。この時点では、 いかなる連絡先にもメールは送信されません。
次に、認証済みの担当者が社内の管理画面で個別に内容を確認し、(1) 実際に企業自身の公式サイトに 掲載されている業務用アドレスであること（特定電子メール法のオプトイン規制適用除外に該当）、 (2) 掲載元ページに「営業メールお断り」等の受信拒否の明示的な記載が無いこと、の両方を 確認したうえで明示的に承認した場合にのみ、初回のAI Opportunity Reportを 送信します。この承認を経ていない候補へメールが送信されることはありません。
レポートについて
- 承認済みの連絡先ごとに、公開情報をAIが分析した「初回 AI Opportunity Report」を作成し送付します
- 初回レポートを受け取った方が、継続受信をご希望された場合に限り、内容を更新した「週次レポート」を送付します
- 将来的には、より詳細な分析を含む有料版の週次レポートの提供を予定しています
メール配信について
メールは aor-report@changescout.jp から送信します。 各メールには送信者情報を明記し、配信停止をご希望の場合の連絡方法（返信）を 必ず記載しています。
配信停止について
配信停止をご希望の場合は、受信されたメールに直接ご返信ください。運営チームが 返信内容を確認したうえで、対象の記録を配信停止（unsubscribed）の状態へ変更します。 自動で即時反映される仕組みではなく、運営チームの確認を経て反映される点にご留意 ください。反映後は、初回レポート・週次レポートいずれの送信対象からも除外されます。
